I have been amazed at the outpouring of prayers and support for Jewel. When we started kicking around the idea of reaching out to those who care about her, we NEVER expected all the kind words, prayer promises, and financial gifts that we have been blessed with.
Here's another thing that we couldn't have dreamed of. A dear friend of mine has a blog and is hooked up with an amazing soy candle maker. ReplyDeleteI didn't see a contact button, but I hope a comment will do. I noticed you're in Nashville, TN, and I think I know a pretty practical way to help you raise money. I go to Grace Center on Monday nights, in Franklin (I'm in the Belle Meade area, and it's about 20 minutes from me). It's an amazingly generous church, and I'm more than willing to bet they'd take up an offering for you. Go on Sunday morning if you can and talk to Jeff Dollar. I'm praying for you, and I know something amazing will come out of all this.
